Once per year, The Woman in the Room gathers in person.

And, throughout the remainder of the year, I am hosting other retreats for business women to build community 1:1 connections and referrals in person.

How does billing work?

Your membership is a 12-month annual term, paid monthly.
Billing drafts automatically each month for 12 months.

Tier 1 is the only tier without an annual commitment.

Can I attend retreats immediately?

Retreat access activates after your first 3 participation months of membership.
This ensures:

  • you’re part of the community
  • you’re building relationships
  • you know the women you’ll be connecting with in person

Tier 3:
Receives one FREE domestic retreat experience per year once the 3-month minimum is met.
*Tuition only is covered. Lodging/Travel expenses are separate.
*International retreats are discounted to the highest member rate discount.

Tier 2:
Receives discounted retreat access after 3 months participation.
*International retreats are discounted.

Why does the directory listing activate after 30 days?

Because your first 30 days are foundational — you’re learning the room, connecting with women, and establishing presence.

After 30 days:

  • your profile is added to the global directory
  • women know who you are and how to refer you
  • you’re officially “in the room” as a recognized member

This also prevents churn and keeps the directory authentic.

What happens if I leave before the 12 months?

Your membership is a full-year annual term, paid monthly.
If you choose to leave early, the remainder of your 12-month term is still due.

This protects:

  • the community
  • the integrity of the room
  • retreat pricing
  • the women who are here long-term

It ensures that everyone who joins is committed to the same standard.

Do I need to attend every Zoom call?

No — this is a global network with women in multiple time zones.

Attend when you can.
Replays are available.
You’ll still build visibility and connections consistently over the year.

Can I upgrade to Tier 2 or Tier 3 mid-year?

Yes — upgrades can happen at any time during your term.

If you choose to upgrade tiers during your annual membership, your billing will adjust to the new tier’s monthly rate beginning the next billing cycle. Your original 12-month membership term remains the same.

Is Tier 1 required before joining Tier 2 or Tier 3?

No.
Tier 1 is optional for women who want to observe first.

Most women join directly at Tier 2 or Tier 3.

Why is Tier 1 cancel-anytime?

Tier 1 is for access and observation — there’s no referral, visibility, or retreat structure tied to it.

Tiers 2 & 3 create transformation, opportunity, and long-term relationships — and therefore require commitment.
