A little about ME
I’ve been coaching ambitious, career-driven women for the past decade to help them uncover their past trauma experiences and address the root issue that’s preventing them from looking and feeling their best self! (i.e. inability to lose the weight and keep it off and love the person staring back at them in the mirror)
Like others, I’ve spent years prior as a stressed mom running a business with 3 littles at home…
I tried all the diet raves…and NOTHING seemed to work longer-term!
I wanted to create a PROVEN system that would help women STOP STARTING OVER every time they hit their goals AND stop falling back into old habits like stress/emotional eating that sabotages our physical health goals.
I knew confidently that SOMETHING was MISSING in all these programs that were not addressing the root issue as to why we can’t keep show up as our happiest, healthiest self – PS – I don’t believe in “fake it til you make it” bullshit thinking.
I wanted to ACTUALLY LOVE THE PERSON STARING BACK AT ME IN THE MIRROR while looking and feeling her absolute best!
STRESS-FREE AND GUILT-FREE!!
After so much research and doing all the things, I found a common denominator!! – TRAUMA…
That’s all I needed to create a PROVEN SYSTEM that would help my clients address the ROOT issue of their trauma and HEAL from it so they, too, could lose the weight and keep it off while freeing themselves from fight/flight mode that makes us feel bogged down/stressed/anxious/overwhelmed/burnt out/exhausted on a daily basis!
